• Please ensure that all information on the invoice is accurate.

• The institution is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost.

• Opening the file is free of charge.

• The consultation fee must be paid before seeing the doctor.

• The consultation fee must be paid within 90 days from the date of your last visit to the doctor.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled, and a new appointment will be scheduled based on availability.

• The waiting time for non-pre-booked appointments is not guaranteed.

• Please adhere to your retouch session appointments within 10 to 14 days from the original session to avoid cancellation.

Refund and Replacement Policy

• No service will be refunded or replaced once payment or transfer has been made.

Invoice Validity

• The invoice is valid for 11 months from the payment date.

• Prepaid services and offers cannot be used during special seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, etc.).

• There is an additional tax for non-Saudis.

Price Differences

• If replacing with a higher-priced service, the patient must pay the difference.

Basic Price Application

• The basic price for services applies to all exchanges and returns.
