• Opening the file is free.
• Consultation with a doctor requires payment.
• The consultation fee is due 60 days after the last visit to the doctor.

Invoice Requirement:

To benefit from return and exchange services, the invoice must be presented.

Full Refund:

Patients can recover the full amount paid if the service is not used within 7 days from the date of purchase recorded on the invoice or from the date of order on the site.

Partial Use and Return:

If a patient has used some of the services from an offer and wants to return it, the used services are calculated at the basic session value. The return must be within 7 days from the date of purchase recorded in the invoice.

Tabby Orders:

For orders made via Tabby, the refund is processed by canceling the order after it is confirmed.

Return and Exchange Timeframe:

Returns are not permissible after 7 days from placing the order or issuing the invoice. However, exchanges can be made within this period.

Replacement Period:

Services can be replaced within 14 days.

Price Differences:

If replacing with a higher-priced service, the patient must pay the difference.

Basic Price Application:

The basic price for services applies to all exchanges and returns.
